Get your glass torch working supplies here! Lamp working, also called torch working or flame working, is the sculpting of glass rods and glass tubes by heating and melting the glass in the flame of a gas-powered torch. The torch worker has a high degree of control over how melted the glass becomes, as a result they're able to create pieces with immaculate detail and complexity.

Use a torch to make glass beads, buttons, marbles, animals, and sculptures

There are two general types of flame working: the kind where you make small glass pieces like beads (usually using 'soft' glass), and the kind where you make larger pieces (usually using 'hard' glass). We offer a vast array of special hand tools, equipment, and glass, as well as books, videos, and kits for both soft and hard glass lamp workers
